• Tue: AIR-- Fresh Air, and videos on Gardening and planting plants which are rich in oxygen for the house.

Week 4 - Aug 31 to Sept 4

1. MON: Choice; Goal Setting, and Write down where you see yourself in 5 years, and what do want to be doing?
2. TUE: Choice & Rest; Video-- Skit Guys: What Keeps your from Following God?, and Read pp. 34-39 from textbook, write down three points of interest or something you learned from read.
3. WED: Rest; Lecture on Rest, and Start reading pp. 40-45 from textbook.

Week 3 - Aug 24 to 28

1. MON: Choice, read pp. 8-18 in Textbook
2. TUE: Choice, Discussion/Students shared from their reading and two short videos on Choice
3. WED: Discussion on Choice, Assignment of PPT's
4. THU: Choice: Video, PPT presentation and discussion over Chapter
• Students were given the opportunity to write down three PPT topics they would like to do their PPT presentation on, and turn that in for Participation points (10 points).  Then we assigned topiocs to each student on related health topics.
5. FRI: Choice: PPT presentation and discussion; Video: Skit Guys--Don't Waste your Life
